What is Awana?
Awana is an international, Bible-centered children’s and youth ministry providing local churches with weekly clubs and programs.
The goal of Awana is to reach boys and girls with the gospel of Christ and to train them to serve Him.
The word AWANA stands for Approved Workman Are Not Ashamed and comes from 2 Timothy
What does Awana look like?
Awana is a place…just for kids! We know that your kids will have a great time building relationships with each other and adults who care about them all while getting to know God’s Word in a in-depth and personal way.
The Awana program is divided into 4 age groups.
Cubbies: 3 years old through 5 years old
Sparks: Kindergarten through Second Grade
Truth & Training (TnT): 3rd through 6th Grade
Trek: middle school ministry
A typical Club Night will include Game Time, Large Group Time with singing, story, and object lessons, & Closing Time.
Registration for Awana is $35 per child. We never want money to hold someone back from being a part of Awana. Please, contact Crystal Abenroth at if you need assistance with the costs of Awana or for more information about our program.
