Nursery: At Paducah First, we believe Christian education begins from the day a baby is born. The nursery is staffed by ladies in our congregation who oversee the comfort and care of each baby from birth to age 2. Our nursery provides care for our babies during the morning service.

Children’s Church: Children ages six to twelve will be dismissed to Children’s Church prior to the pastor’s morning message. Children have an exciting time learning and worshiping at their age level!

Sunday School: We have Sunday School classes for all age-groups taught by faithful teachers who love children and love God. Teaching children God’s Word is an important ministry of Sunday School which begins at 9:45 a.m. each Sunday.

: On Wednesdays, children have the opportunity to participate in the Caravan program. The Caravan ministry exists to help elementary-age children become more like Jesus by encouraging their growth in the four specific areas mentioned in Luke 2:52: mental (wisdom), physical (stature), spiritual (favor with God), and social (favor with men).

Vacation Bible School: Vacation Bible School is offered each year during the month of August for children age 2 through grade 6. Crafts, recreation, fellowship, Bible teaching and memorization are all combined in a fun-filled event.

The youth programs are designed to provide both educational and extracurricular activity in a controlled, Biblically-based environment in order to encourage teens to become more like Jesus Christ.

Sunday School: A Sunday School class focuses on teaching teens the Word of God. Sunday School begins at 9:45 a.m. each Sunday.

Teen Time: Devotions, fun time and food are a part of each Wednesday evening.

Occasionally, we have a special event planned just for our teens to provide additional creative activities outside the classroom to promote fun and fellowship. The teens attend many of our district functions such as summer camps, talent contests and “lock-ins.”

Sunday School: We have four adult Sunday School classes: College and Career, Dialog, Homebuilders, and Senior Adults. Each of these Sunday School classes meet occasionally for fellowship and encouragement in the Christian faith outside of the regular Sunday morning class time.
